One of the many victims to this media epidemic is Friends star Courteney Cox. As she eloquently explains in the video above, being in the public eye meant that she felt more pressure than most to consistently appear youthful, despite the fact that she was get older.
Having achieved international fame on Friends , which she was cast in when she was just 30 years old, the now 53 -year-old grew older in the spotlight, and this led to her having cosmetic surgery in an attempt to halt the effects of aging on her face.
Instead of attaining Cox look younger, however, the work she had done had the paradoxical effect of stimulating her look even older than she was, and, as she acknowledges herself in the video above, resulted in photo which caused her to think that he looked horrible.

” I’ve had all my fillers dissolved. I’m as natural as can be ,” she told New Beauty .” I feel better because I look like myself. I think that I now look more like the person that I was .”

” I have one friend who was like.’ Whoa , no more !’ I believed, I haven’t done anything in six months. I didn’t realize ,” Cox said.

While opening up about her experience with cosmetic surgery, Cox also revealed that Hollywood not only sets pressure on females to look good all of the time but that it normalizes getting work done, with physicians encouraging celebrities to get” a little injection here or filler there “.
Despite the fact that Cox has let her fillers dissolve, for now, the 53 -year-old hasn’t ruled out the possibility of having work done in the future.
