Select the PDF you want to convert, click the Upload button on the PDF to Doc site, and hit enter. This tool leaves your PDF almost exactly “as its” scanned, with minor changes for fonts your system might not have. However, any images that were in your PDF will still be there waiting for you when you open up your new Doc file.
How to sign a signature to a PDF
The most common action the average person may be required to take with a PDF is signing it. Whether you need your signature on a rental, a chore contract, or a bill, everyone will eventually need to sign a PDF.
This is one time where Mac customers have it easier than their PC brother. To sign a PDF on your Mac simply open the PDF in Preview, select the Toolbox button, and click Sign.
Mac gives you the ability to either describe your signature on your trackpad or take a photograph of your John Hancock. Signing your epithet with the trackpad is easy, but you may need to try a few periods to get the camera to recognize your signature.
Once your signature has been created, you can drag it wherever you need it in your document. To finalize the document click File> Save to save your PDF.
For PC consumers, we recommend downloading Adobe Reader. As soon as you open a PDF file, Adobe Reader will open a sidebar that enables you Comment, Combine Files, Organize the Pages, or Fill& Sign your record.
Click Sign on the toolbar and press Add Signature to sign your document. Adobe Reader will also allow you to add initials to different sections of PDFs like rental agreements.
Signatures in Adobe Reader take three forms; Typed, Drawn, and Image. Typed creates a signature for you, but since it won’t match your handwriting, it’s best not to use for important records.
Draw is similar to Preview’s option, letting you use your mouse to stimulate your signature.
Finally, Image allows you to grab your signature from a scanned image. If you’re go looking for the best representation of your signature, this option is your best bet.
